Profits by Mojo in Hong Kong
As is shown in Figure 1, Mojo earned 30 million dollars in 1994. After that, there was a gradual growth in profits which reached a peak about 60 million dollars in the early 1997. Then they fell dramatically between 1997 and 1998; and hit a trough of about 20 million dollars in 1999. Eventually, they rebounded and increased to an amount of about 40 million dollars in 2001.

According to the same figure, Mojo had an income about 40 million dollars in 1994. The profits reached a peak in 1995. Then they leveled off within this year and declined steadily to an amount of 30 million dollars in 1998. After that, there was no change in the profits between 1998 and 1999, followed by another steady decline between 1999 and 2001.


Satisfaction with working conditinos among senior and junior staff

After the investigation about the staff satisfaction, we found that over half of both the senior staff and the junior staff were satisfied with most of the aspects including in this survey. Nevertheless, the conditions of "Office furniture", "Equipment" and "Pantry" could not reach the staff's expectation.
